Some Youth Get It

3:16 during the afternoon of Jan. 12, 2015, 9 days after coming out the better side of a cold.

Some youth get it, twenty -30 year olds.  Their head is in the correct place.  Vulnerability is not what makes them feel comfortable. Keeping their arms at their sides or as protection across their chest, protects alignment of Chakras.

What, you’re surprised a Black youth knows about Chakras. Next time you see a Black youth with a hat on, not a hoodie per se, shielding himself from the outdoor elements, nor a cap to stroke his favorite sports team, but a righteously pleasing hat, give him a compliment.  He’s likely to say something thoughtful after his Thank You.  Yes, manners come forth.

Don’t Let Your Head (Crown) Chakra, not get nourished and stay balanced.

My Gouache Painting that appears here, will have various thought provoking sayings added all about the image, replicating a bulletin board. Back To Basics

from one point of view

re you ready to allow yourself some instructions about Basic Painting, Figure Drawing, Basic Drawing, Gardening and How To create Images of Flowers,  please give me a sense of what day and time will work for you. There is a requirement to have 15 participants at least 18 years old.  Younger participants at least 16, must arrive with an adult.  Classes can be scheduled for evenings or during the day.

Except for Figure Drawing at a higher cost, six sessions of the other classes mentioned above, are usually at a cost of $115 for Non-Residents of Oakland,  $105 for Seniors who are non-residents of Oakland, $96 for Oakland residents and $86 for Seniors who live in Oakland.
